GWAS Ambulance Charity CIO in Action

GWAS Ambulance Charity CIO - Supporting the UKREMT

At GWAS Ambulance Charity CIO, we are committed to creating a world where every person has access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. From advocating for policy change to supporting grassroots movements, we work tirelessly to create a more just and equitable society. As such we have taken onboard the running of the UKREMT to ensure that it remains FREE for all those that wish to register at an individual level.

A New Chapter for UKREMT

We’re proud to announce that the UK Register of EMTs (UKREMT) is becoming a charity-operated, free-to-access national register, hosted under GWAS Ambulance Charity CIO.

Our mission is simple:
Raise standards. Improve public safety. Support every pre-hospital clinician — without cost.

The new UKREMT pages will launch here soon, featuring:

  • free practitioner registration

  • updated standards and scope information

  • voluntary corporate sponsorship options

  • a modernised, transparent governance structure

  • resources aligned with national pre-hospital practice

UKREMT will remain fully independent in spirit, but supported and sustained by the charity’s infrastructure.

Stay tuned — something better is coming.

Join the GWAS Ambulance Charity CIO in supporting the UKREMT.

If you would like to support the charities aims in running the UKREMT as a free for all voluntary registration scheme and especially if you run a event, frontline medical service or training company.

We ask if you would kindley support our aims as a charity with a donation, as this supports us and if your in the industry create you as a corporate supporter of the charity and corporate member of the UKREMT.

Thank you in advance.
